F17 Formwork is partnering with Citify on The Buckingham, a $200 million development comprising a 10-storey apartment building, retail spaces and the refurbishment of the heritage Buckingham Arms Hotel.
F17 Formwork’s $12 million package includes conventional slab formwork using the PERI SKYDECK system, along with the supply and installation of an FTI prefabricated stair system. The scope covers more than 35,000 m² of formwork, with F17 Formwork’s work scheduled for completion in 2028.
