60-room, boutique coastal hotel located in the heart of Glenelg.

F17 Formwork partnered with Romaldi Constructions on a seven-storey luxury boutique hotel with a total project value of $50 million. F17 Formwork’s $1.5 million package included column formwork, two levels of transfer slabs, Bondek over structural steel on the upper floors, and in situ formwork for the stairs.
